Blood Ship

STORY

The year is 20XX. An alien menace has wiped humans off the face of the earth. You don't know why, but your corpse rises from the grave. You can't save the world, but with the help of the Blood Ship you will get revenge!

ABOUT

Blood Ship is a Sega Genesis inspired shmup (shoot 'em up) which is actively being developed for PC. There is only one playable stage at this time. Send me all your feedback and follow for weekly updates!

TIPS

Sometimes Steam will hijack the inputs of non-Steam games, so close it if you're encountering any strange behavior (buttons not working, buttons activating shortcuts in other apps, etc.). The game assigns the controller ID on the title screen so start the game with whichever controller you plan to use.

The game is best played with a fight stick. Just sayin'.

If you've ever played Cho Ren Sha 68k, you probably know there's a trick to getting all three POWs at once. It's risky, but try it in Blood Ship, too!

Like most STGs, the closer you get to your enemies, the faster your guns fire.
